Description
Ortiz yellowfin tuna (thunnus albacares) is caught mainly in the west coast of Africa. The flesh is pinkish red in color, very tasty and great to eat while full of sea and olive oil flavor. It can be used in salads or sandwiches or it is the perfect tuna to use in a classic baked pie with a filling, tuna empanada, of Galicia.
