Description
A new soft cheese from Syros island, with a chewy texture, which resembles halloumi and although it is produced exclusively from the milk of the Cycladic island, its name refers to a small baby goat. It is also enriched with mint and apart from the chewy texture, it has a very nice taste and rich aroma.
