Mirin Fumi is a low alcohol Japanese rice wine. It is made from rice, rice yeast, sugar, water and spices. It is ideal for meat, seafood and fish marinades, ceviche and tartar. Use it in sauces, dressings, seasonings and sushi rice seasoning for a rich umami taste.
