Description
San Michali is the only sample of PDO Greek cheese produced exclusively from cow’s milk. It is a hard yellow table cheese par excellence, with a complex taste, strongly spicy and persistent aftertaste that goes well with bread, nuts, fruits and jams. It becomes saganaki, while it is a key ingredient in many traditional local recipes in Syros island.
