Description
Rebetiko is a new cheese for demand palates. It is matured in wine for three months and is produced from 100% Greek goat and sheep milk from Syros. Impressive in taste and aftertaste that is not covered by the wine. On the contrary, it goes perfectly with good red wine and authentic appetizers around it.
