Talagani Petras is a unique grilled cheese. It is easily and quickly grilled plain, without oil, butter or any other fatty substance. When cooked, it releases its rich aromas and distinctive taste, with subtle hints of mint. It does not melt during roasting and retains its shape, while at the same time acquiring a chewy texture. It can be eaten as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to food and drink. With salty and sweet combinations, but also in salads or with fruit. Made from pasteurized milk (cow’s milk 80%, goat’s milk 20%).
