The original smoked Metsovou Metsovone from the cheese factory of the Baron Michael Tositsa Foundation is a semi-hard caseri with mainly cow’s milk with a little participation from sheep. It is available in different sizes. It is served raw or grated. it becomes an excellent sauce and is also added to toast.
