The milk comes from goats and sheep that are nourished by the particularly fine flora of the wider area of Messinia.Its taste is pleasant, slightly salty and spicy with a rich aroma. Enjoy it plain, saganaki or rub it on pasta. It is an excellent meze to accompany your wine or an alcoholic aperitif like the well-known Greek ouzo. In addition, when grated, it improves the taste of all recipes with pasta, meat and vegetables that have cheese in their ingredients.
