The milk comes from goats and sheep that are nourished by the particularly fine flora of the wider area of Messinia.Messinian Graviera is a traditional product.Its taste is pleasant sub-sweet, slightly spicy with a rich aroma. It matures for at least three months before being on our table. It has received numerous awards for its quality and taste.
