Graviera from Syros aged for four months is made from cow’s milk with a mild and sweet taste. It goes well with fruit and reveals a touch of summer in the taste. We enjoy it with fruits such as pears and with high quality cured meats.

Hard cheese from cow milk which produced from local animals. It pairs with fruit and carcuterie plateau.
