Description
Crayfish is an excellent freshwater crustacean that resembles the lobster, but is much smaller. It is usually 12 – 14 cm long and, unlike prawns, crayfish have pincers. They are very tasty. Some cook them like shrimp and some like lobster. In Greek area, two species are found in fresh waters, which differ from each other. Excellent grilled.
