Description
Florinella is a cheese made from the milk of local goats and sheep that graze freely in the mountains of west Macedonia region. It is a semi-hard cheese in a cylindrical shape that is only consumed when baked in a pan or on the grill, and indeed without any other fatty substance, since its own is enough to create a golden crust within 2 minutes.
