The Cycladic fava bean is an authentic vegetarian dish of the Greek cuisine, particularly popular all year round and especially in the summer where we can enjoy it next to the sea. In the islands of the Aegean they “marry” it with caramelized onions and their sweetness elevates the taste effect.
