Arseniko Naxou is made from pasteurized Naxos cow’s and goat’s milk. Reveals fragrant and aromas of butter, nuts and fermentation. Hard with an oily texture, sweet-spicy and salty taste, more peppery as it ages. Try it with a little thyme honey or in a sauce with jams and chutneys. Ideal for table pasta and saganaki.
