Description
Large fillets are prepared with salted anchovies that are de-thorned and skinned by hand and later coated in olive oil. They are packaged in a lovely tin, the design of which reflects the ‘Belle époque’. They are served with fresh lemon juice, but it adds intensity and deliciousness to many preparations, such as pasta sauces, salads, olive paste, pizzas, etc.
