Tasting Bacalaos Alkorta

Bacalaos Alkorta plant in Elgoibar, where for more than 40 years a wide range of fishes and especially Bacalaos, are being processed, visited TROFELIA Promoting Food / GLOBAL FOODS group – with the participation of chef and associates – during their 4th educational trip in San Sebastian, January 8-12, 2020. The team was given a tour to the factory and watched closely fish processing stages, as well as they experienced excellent appetizers.
