Villani Salumi is a family company founded in 1886 in what we know today as a strategic Italian food area, between Bologna and Modena. Trofelia & Global Foods delegation visited the factory during their journey 14-18 January, 2019 in Northern Italy and tasted unique products such as salami, coppa, bacon, mortadella and cooked ham.
